Also, repeat offenders of operating a commercial vehicle under the influence receive increase fines, imprisonment, and longer license suspensions.

Therefore, an individual operating a commercial vehicle under the influence must not exceed a blood alcohol concentration of four hundredths of one percent. Additionally, an individual will receive harsher penalties for multiple offenses. Therefore, an individual receiving a operating a vehicle under the influence offense with a commercial vehicle will eliminate his or her commercial driving privileges.
